For a non registered product a standard one-year warranty is applied.There is also a possibilty to buy extended warranty up to three additional years on Profoto.com within 60 days of purchase.
• Delivery & return

  Products are delivered within 3-10 working days. A delivery note with a tracking link is automatically emailed when the order is processed. For returns, we have 14 days return policy. Return instructions are included in the delivery. This does not apply to refurbished demo products, where the right of withdrawal is not valid.
