What´s new vs. firmware version C16? 

• Nikon LED auto focus assist support for mirrorless cameras.
  This update will add AF assist (Auto focus assist) support for Nikon mirrorless cameras, the LED will automatically be used for AF assist.
  Please note! To enable this new function, the Nikon mirrorless camera also needs to be update with Nikon’s latest firmware version.
  
  
• Auto focus type option for Canon, Sony and Fujfilm A new settings option “AF TYPE”, will give the user ability to set LED or Laseras preferred AF assist light source.
  
  
• Full control of Air groups A-F.
  Extended control with group E-F controllable directly from unit.
  
  
• Updated user interface.

What´s new vs. firmware version C13? 

• Air update done to improve TTL group control from all TTL enabled Profoto remotes. The update enables TTL flash exposure compensation for individual groups*

• Improved Nikon TTL algorithm. 
• Generally improved compatibility with Nikon cameras.

• TTL issue at short focus distances (<1 meter) is fixed for all supported mirrorless Canon EOS cameras.

• "On (Transmit only)" is added to the list of user selectable Air settings. If you are using A1/A1X on camera and activate this setting you can use it to trigger and control other lights on selected channel but your A1/A1X cannot be triggered or controlled by others.

Profoto A1 for Canon

• The update adds camera compatibility with Canon EOS R.
• Note that EOS R doesn´t support the AF assist on the A1. It will use on-camera LED as AF assist.

Profoto A1 for Nikon

• The update adds camera compatibility with Nikon Z6 and Z7.
• Note that Z6 and Z7 doesn't support the AF assist on the A1. They will use on-camera LED as AF assist.
