Today is the official release date of Air Remote TTL-N – a clever little unit that attaches to your Nikon camera’s hotshoe, allowing you to do TTL with the B1 off-camera flash.
With the release of Air Remote TTL-N, the Profoto B1 becomes the world’s first off-camera flash to do TTL with both Nikon and Canon cameras. Nikon shooters attach the Air Remote TTL-N to their camera’s hotshoe, Canon shooters the Air Remote TTL-C.
So regardless if you’re shooting with Nikon or Canon, you can do it with TTL, without any cords and with plenty of power, speed and light shaping option.
To celebrate the release, we gave B1 off-camera flashes, an Air Remote TTL-N and some Light Shaping Tools to wedding photographer Brian Marcus and asked him to take them for a spin on the streets of New York City.
