  • Demo Product, But Worked Perfect

    Got an A2 flash for my iPhone but also wanted to use it for my Olympus 4/3’s camera. Saw that profoto had one of these for sale in their demo at a discount page. Got it and no issues. Highly recommend!

    Works great when it works. Get extended insurance, if you drop it, it will cost you $175 + shipping just to have Profoto look at.

  • CONNECT M43 + CONNECT C + A10

    Grazie al CONNECT M43 e ad un A10 con zoccolo + CONNECT C Canon ho praticamente sostituito tutti i flash dedicati poiché riesco ad interfacciarlo perfettamente con PHASE ONE XF+IQ3-100Mpx, CANON EOS R5 e PANASONIC LUMIX DC-GH7. Il funzionamento è soddisfacente al 100%.

  • Simple to use yet fully featured

    I’ve used my Profoto Connect on a few shoots now and find the simplicity of its design very easy to integrate into my workflow. I often shoot TTL with flash comp in camera and this little beauty just works. When I want to use a more complex multi-light set up I just use it with the app. I have my phone with me anyways and don’t miss not having a screen.

  • When it Work it's Great

    Bought this and only used it a couple times and it worked fine with my B10 Plus lights but brought it on a yacht a couple weeks ago to use for the first time with just my flash (to be used with a softbox) and it just stopped working. It completely ruined my shoot, I have no idea why. It was fully charged - but just wouldn't work. I thought buying Profoto I was safe from this stuff but sadly not the case.

  • Handy if you have an assistant

    Handy if you have someone to change the dials or I guess use TTL (I don’t) I have a MagSafe rubber connection for my phone attached to tripod. So I use the app. Which is much more responsive than the old Profoto trigger. I’d still want the one with controls though. But this is great value on a smaller budget.

    I charged the connect till green, turn it on indicator becomes Red. Hence I don’t understand whether it is ok or not…

    I have three of these now for my different camera systems. They all work well, and they are super easy to work with. I only wish it would be harder to turn the top accidentally.

    Dieses kleine Produkt ist wirklich beeindruckend. Aufladen, Einschalten, Koppeln mit der Profoto Control App. und fertig! Das funktioniert reibungslos und dauert ohne Ladevorgang nicht einmal eine Minute. Nun ist der Kleine einsatzbereit. Zunächst auf Auto stellen, Auslösen und in den manuellen Modus wechseln - fertig! Bei bedarf können die Blitzköpfe per Control App. oder am Blitzkopf noch feinjustiert werden und die Aufnahmen können beginnen. Schneller geht es nicht und man kann sich umgehend auf seine Produktion konzentrieren. This little product is really impressive. Charging, switching on, coupling with the Profoto Control App. and done! This works smoothly and does not take even a minute without charging. Now the little One is ready! First set to Auto, trigger and switch to manual mode - done! If necessary, the flash heads can still be fine-tuned via Control App or at the flash head and the recordings can begin. It's so fast and you can immediately concentrate on your production.

  • Lousy after-sales service

    My profoto Connect for Sony broke the contacts of the hot shoe and Profoto Spain refused to repair it claiming that they had no parts and urging me to buy the new model. I opted for this one because I refused to spend 400€ on the new one without significant improvements.

  • Simple to use, missing test button

    After installing software and firmware updates it’s simple and reliable to use. I wish it would have test button to trigger flashes manually. Lock button feels like it would fire the flashes, but It just unlocks the unit from hot shoe. User-swappable battery would be great also.
