Description

About this course

Hannah creates a variety of different looks for her images by adapting and using different elements in her surroundings. She also shows how to work fast and light when time is short and you’re on your own without an assistant. In the first scenario, Hannah shows how to dramatically change the look of your photos quickly and easily, by turning an office into her own studio. She cleverly changes the environment by using different backgrounds and a softbox, as well as HSS to kill the ambient light. Then Hannah takes her subject outdoors so she can include landmarks from the London skyline in her images. You’ll see how to mix ambient light with flash and create a perfectly exposed corporate portrait outdoors, regardless of the weather.

It's a good course with lots of useful tips. As a pro I felt I could already get around most situations but I have learnt a lot more and am 100% confident of achieving the results I want in any situation

Great training for beginners, maybe ND filter could be included as an option?

The course is easy to follow, direct and very informative. It is the basic of HSS lightning and using shutter speed to control ambient light. Only topic which would need more work is how to do a formal posing for business people. They do not have much time, so few tips on posing would be great as aditional Chapter.

These are excellent lessons where Hannah doesn’t only provide lighting tips but embraces the whole aspects of the job ! I highly appreciated and (as usual) will recommend these lessons to friends of mine.

I have bought many creative live videos and I bought this one as I am new to the Profoto system so want to learn more about the Profoto gear as well. Sadly this first course seemed rushed and not totally worth the money. A Creative Live course for the same amount of money has much more information and depth. Feeling a bit disappointed with this for what I paid for it. Especially after my huge investment in the gear.

Very good information about taking such kind of photos. Taking good photos can be so simple with good equipment. The only concern about the video is, that is flipped back different times (only 1/2 sec) and than it repeated the scene. I have no idea why this happened.
