  • So good!

    I was using cheap traditional umbrellas and didn’t know there was another way. These shoot-through umbrellas provide a much softer light and they are joy to use. Excellent building quality, and the provided pouches are a great touch too. The back panels help control the spill from the rear and also give more power too.

  • The probably most underrated light shaper

    Light, sturdy and setup in no time – I’ve got this shoot-through umbrella strapped to my B10X backpack all the time. Don’t forget to buy the back sock for this thing to get even more light through the umbrella and keep from spilling it allover the place.

It also allows you to focus and shape light by simply sliding the umbrella shaft backward or forward in its holder. Translucent umbrellas are used to shoot through and they diffuse and soften the light by reducing contrast. Translucent umbrellas are perfect to create soft light when you’re very close to your subject.
