How do I place an order?

Go to the product you are interested in and click "Buy". You can then choose to add additional products or proceed directly to the checkout to complete your order.

What happens after ordering?

Once the order has been placed, we will send you information about the order via email, including:

  • An order and payment confirmation confirming that order and payment have been received, as well as order number, customer information, payment method and products included in your order.
  • A delivery confirmation when your order leaves our warehouse. In the email you will find a link to the tracking page for your package. You will also find a list of serial numbers for the applicable products.

Do I need to create an account to shop?

No, creating an account for My Profoto is completely optional. However, there are many advantages to being logged in and having a My Profoto account. For example, you can easily download new firmware and register your products.

How do I know my order has been approved?

You will receive an email with the order confirmation details immediately after the order / purchase.

I have a coupon. How do I use it?

In "My Cart", click "Do you have a discount code?". Enter the code and click "redeem" before proceeding to checkout.
