Barndoor photography

A barndoor is the light modifier you need in order to alter your light scenery on a whim. Simply mount it onto your flash and angle the four hinged doors to achieve your preferred lighting. They are excellent to use when you want full control of light on location, as they allow you to cut and shape light with precision. Barndoors are one of the most versatile tools to use in photography and suit the detail-oriented photographer well since they are flexible to use and can create focused light.

Make sure to choose the correct barndoor based on the size of your flash.
