  • Rather a C1 Plus

    They are ok but not as versatile as a plus. It’s a shame Profoto chooses to discontinu the plus. These lights are aimed for smartphone users not always professional but for a non-professional thes lights are way to expensive The c1’s are great for filmmaking effects. They are small and easy to hide but give just the right amount of light to give some fill light/ effect light

  • White balance all wrong

    The build quality, use and image exposure on this seems great. But clearly they haven't succeeded in getting it to work properly on Android. At least not on my Samsung S20 FE. The problem is the white balance. The auto mode makes all the pictures extremely yellow. And the manual mode is hard to adjust between too yellow/warm and very blue/cold. But this is probably a software issue that can be solved. Mine stays unused until that's the case.

  • It synced right out of the box …..

    Perfect!! The install of the app was quick and the flash synced to my IPhone immediately. The other flash I had bought never did sync …. I makes a nice paper weight.

  • Good but expensive

    The flash works very well with the iPhone but definitely it miss a way to put it on a tripod or other support (not always possible to have a free hand). Considering it’s not a professional device it is quite expensive

  • Usefull toy !

    À première vue on pourrait croire à un gadget mais en réalité, l'outil créant le besoin, on découvre une autre manière d'appréhender la photo via son smartphone. Lequel sera souvent posé et vous le C1 à la main tournant autour du sujet et sculptant la lumière en mode flash ou lumière continue (on peut déclencher son appareil telle une télécommande via le C1). Cela dit, seul regret, il manque un pas de vis ou une prise pour adapter un pied, ou quelconque support.

  • No more power shots

    This with my iPhone 13 Pro has completely eliminated my need for my previous pocket/street camera (Sony Powershot RX100). It gives me that punchy flash aesthetic and looks especially nice when paired with the ultra-wide 13mm lens on the iPhone. Definitely a purchase worth the money.

  • too expensive

    If you spend over 1000 euros on an iPhone, this amount no longer matters. An iPhone is slim and fits in your pocket. what do i do with this stone? I put it in the photo bag. and here it is simply too expensive because the alternatives are better and cheaper.
