Taxes not showing?
The amount of tax charged is determined based on the country or state to which the order is processed. If an item is subject to sales tax, it is calculated in step 2 of the checkout process. Click on ‘Checkout’ to proceed. Price before tax is the same for all items, regardless of country or state.

Simply click the ‘Checkout’ button in your shopping cart, fill out the information and then finish the process by clicking ‘Complete payment’.
In "My cart", click on "Got a promo code?". Enter your code and click on "Redeem" before proceeding to checkout.
You can currently pay using Visa, MasterCard or American Express.
The money is deducted from your card immediately after the order is placed.
Unfortunately, the payment method for a particular order cannot be changed once an order has been placed.
You will receive an email with the order confirmation details immediately after the order / purchase.
We begin processing your order immediately after it has been placed. Therefore, it is not possible to cancel or change orders before delivery.
If changes need to be made to your order, Profoto will contact you. For example, changes can be made because an item is sold out, the wrong availability status was displayed on the website or the product was discontinued.
We only send complete orders, ie. if a product is not in stock, your order will not be shipped until all products are available again. If you want the products that are in stock as soon as possible we suggest that you place two separate orders, one with the products that are in stock and one with the other.
Delivery time is usually 3-10 business days for goods in stock. You can track your shipment using the tracking number you receive from us after the order has left Profoto's warehouse. All deliveries are shipped adult signature required.
