How do I check out?

Simply click the ‘Checkout’ button in your shopping cart, fill out the information and then finish the process by clicking ‘Complete payment’.

I have a promo code. How do I use it?

In "My cart", click on "Got a promo code?". Enter your code and click on "Redeem" before proceeding to checkout.

What payment methods can I use?

You can currently pay using Visa, MasterCard or American Express.

When is the cost drawn from my credit card?

The money is deducted from your card immediately after the order is placed.

Can I change my payment method?

Unfortunately, the payment method for a particular order cannot be changed once an order has been placed.

How do I know my order has been approved?

You will receive an email with the order confirmation details immediately after the order / purchase.

Cancel or change orders

We begin processing your order immediately after it has been placed. Therefore, it is not possible to cancel or change orders before delivery.

What happens if Profoto has to make changes to my order?

If changes need to be made to your order, Profoto will contact you. For example, changes can be made because an item is sold out, the wrong availability status was displayed on the website or the product was discontinued.

What if some of the products in the order are not in stock?

We only send complete orders, ie. if a product is not in stock, your order will not be shipped until all products are available again. If you want the products that are in stock as soon as possible we suggest that you place two separate orders, one with the products that are in stock and one with the other.

How long will it take for the order to ship/arrive?

Delivery time is usually 3-7 business days for goods in stock. You can track your shipment using the tracking number you receive from us after the order has left Profoto's warehouse. All deliveries are shipped adult signature required.
