Payment methods
We accept the following payment methods:
- Credit Card Payment (Visa, MasterCard and American Express
- PayPal
Can I change my payment method?
Unfortunately, the payment method for a particular order cannot be changed once an order has been placed.
When is the cost drawn from my credit card?
The money is deducted from your card as soon as the order is placed.
Refund
We will start the refund process when the returned item reaches us after initiating the RMA process (Link to page on how to return) and we have approved the return. It may take up to 14 days after item is received and the return is approved before the refund is reflected in your account.
