Air Remote TTL

Where can I see which camera models I can use with my remote?
You´ll find the latest camera compatibility list in the Tech spec section of the product page for Air Remote TTL. If you experience problems with any of the listed cameras you probably need to update your remote to the latest firmware.

Where do I go to install the latest firmware for my remote?
Go to MyProfoto and login. Register your remote. 3. Download firmware.

With which flashes do I get full TTL and HSS compatibility with the Air Remote TTL?
Air Remote TTL is TTL & HSS compatible with Profoto A1, B10, B1X, B1, B2, D2, Pro-10 and Pro-11.

My Air Remote TTL does not work on my camera. Are there any camera settings I should check/set?
Generally, there are not many settings you need to think about, but a couple of things to check are:
- Nikon cameras need to be set to FP Sync to use HSS.
- Sony cameras need WL enabled.

Can I use re-chargeable batteries with my Air Remote TTL, Air Remote or Air Sync?
Yes, you can, except for Lithium. Just note that the low battery indicator on the remote will indicate earlier if you use rechargeable batteries. The total runtime can also become shorter.

Is there a firmware update for the Air Remotes allowing them the 20 channels? Is there a plan for such an update?
The hardware in the Air Remotes does not allow upgrade to 20 channels. Hence, there is no plan to do that.
