What’s new vs. firmware version A4?
This firmware update resolves various issues noticed when running unit on poor mains connections. Reported issues include but are not limited to:
- Slow or no charging after flash
- Display flickering
- Sudden fan speed increase
- Sporadic restarts

- Polished Profoto Air compatibility including TTL and HSS behavior.
- Polished Profoto app compatibility including product registration, firmware update and control.
- Polished UI including graphics and controls (buttons, knobs).
- Bugfixes for issues noted during pre-launch verification.
To update this product you can either use the Profoto app or download the firmware through My Profoto. If you update to the latest firmware in My Profoto, you need to be logged in and register your product.
